Buying a home is one of the most important decisions a family will make and sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances, keeping the mortgage payments current can be difficult. If you are having difficulty keeping your mortgage current, late with your monthly mortgage payments or facing foreclosure, call Springfield NHS at (413) 739-4737, ext. 100. We can help you.
We have a full time Foreclosure Intervention Counselor who has experience in working with lenders and services on behalf of homeowners to keep their homes.
Nothing is worse than doing nothing about it. A million families will face losing their homes this year. Don’t be one of them. Call us today!
The counselor will discuss the options that may be possible to help you through your financial crisis and will actively seek some resolution, such as a loan modification, repayment plan or forbearance, or refinancing, depending upon the stage of delinquency. The goal is to preserve home ownership if at all possible.
