UPDATE! Time Is Running Out To Get Help with Your Mortgage!

The U.S. Dept of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has a new program for homeowners who are at least 90 days late on their mortgage, unemployed or working fewer hours because of the economy or a medical condition. The Emergency Homeowners Loan Program (EHLP) can provide eligible homeowners with assistance that will pay a portion of your monthly mortgage for up to two years or up to $50,000.
